Basketball Club.

Basketball as one of the most popular sports for students offers the student club for students who are interested in playing basketball. Their activities are physical practices, sparring, and joining competitions. Falcons as the name of the basketball club in UPH Surabaya Campus has set the goal to be champions on some competitions held in East Java region.

Choir Club.

Choir student club welcomes students who love to sing and want to learn to sing together. Their routine performances are on UPH Festival, Graduation, Christmas, Passover and Student Chapel. Besides, some church invited them to perform on Sunday Service.

Photography Club.

For students who are interested in photography can join Photography student club. Their activities are learning photography techniques for different objects. They practice taking pictures of nature, foods, and models. Every student can be a photographer because it does not depend on the tools used by the students. After all, photography is the art of observation.

Theatre Club.

Students who are interested in playing a role can develop their skill and interest in this club. Not only playing the role, but they also have to learn the script, set the lighting, and manage the stage act. They perform on-campus events such as Passover and Christmas.

Night English Club (NEC).

For students who have interest in English, they can join Night English Club (NEC). Their activities are conversations, TOEFL/IELTS preparation test, games, learning about grammar, watching movie, practicing debate, and visiting company or embassy.

Badminton Club

Badminton student club is suitable for those who are interested in badminton. Their routine practices are physical training and mini-games. They will join competitions in their second semester.

Their practice’s schedule is every Monday at 17.00 – 20.00 WIB. They also invite alumni and senior to coach them.

Basketball Club

Basketball as one of the most popular sport for students offers the student club for students who are interested in playing basketball. Their activities are physical practices, sparring, and joining competitions.
Falcons as the name of the basketball club in UPH Surabaya Campus has set the goal to be champions on some competitions held in East Java region.

Their practice’ schedule is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 19.00 – 21.00 WIB.

Dance Club

UPH Surabaya Campus’ student dance club named themselves Hawk Evolution Dance Crew. They focused on modern dance, but these years they’ve tried to combine the modern dance with traditional music and movements. Not only perform on-campus events, but they also join dance competitions actively.

Their club’s schedule is every Monday at 16.00-18.00 WIB.

Food & Cooking Club

For students who love cooking, Food and Cooking (FnC) student club is the correct choice. In this club, students have the opportunity to learn the basic skill of cooking and cook simple menus.

Their club’s schedule is every Thursday at 16.00-18.00 WIB.

Photography Club

For students who are interested in photography can join Photography student club. Their activities are learning photography techniques for different objects. Futsal Club

Falcons’ Futsal is a student club for those who are interested in futsal and want to develop their skill in playing futsal. Futsal is about physical training, learning futsal’s technique and strategies. Falcons’ Futsal puts forward solidarity as a team.

Their practice’s schedule is every Tuesday and Thursday at 18.00 – 20.00 WIB. They also spar with Futsal’s Student Club from other universities.

Music Club

Music student club is suitable for students who have talents on playing music instruments such as keyboard, guitar, bass, and drum. Music student club also made records and clips for their last project on every period.

The club’s schedule is every Thursday at 16.00 – 18.00 WIB. They also support Spiritual Growth’s activities such as on Tuesday Chapel, Passover, and Christmas event.

Night English Club (NEC)

UPH Mentoring is a process of one year mentoring for new students in which senior students will become mentors and role models for mentees both academically and non-academically.

Youth Camp.

Do you truly understand the gospel? Do you truly know our Creator & Redeemer personally? Youth Camp is intended to meet this crucial need of every person. Through this gospel-centred event, you will be transformed, strengthened, even challenged by the gospel message to live out their new identity in Christ.

Cornerstone Initiative.

The forming of student leaders with integrity and who make an impact is very important. Therefore, the Cornerstone Initiative is held to equip student leaders with a Christ-centered perspective and character of a Christian leader.

Spiritual Growth Discipleship Camp.

Christians are not only called to be disciples of Christ but also to make disciples. SGDC is intended for students who are called to make disciples through spiritual activities of UPH student. This event will equip each participant with the concepts and methods of evangelism & discipleship, preparing the participant to become a leader of the discipleship group.

U-Speak Apologetics.

Do you have questions or doubtful thoughts about faith and truth? This is the place for you to discuss it! While you are looking for answers, U-Speak Apologetics accommodates you through open dialogue and also apologetic training that equips you with a biblical perspective, enabling you to speak the truth among students in facing the thoughts that doubt the Christian faith.

Bible Exploration Class.

Do we understand the Bible? BEC is a transformative learning forum for all who want to study the Bible in-depth and comprehensively, which moves from the biblical narrative to the theology contained in it, to its application for students, workers, and citizens.

BASIC Ministry

BASIC is a student-led Bible study movement, focusing on discipleship and fellowship. With a small group method, it allows each student within the group to be actively engaged in bible study group discussion and to grow together in applying truths of the Bible.
