Type Unite is a student typography exhibition bringing together work by students from eight different countries: Turkey, Indonesia, Ecuador, Poland, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Hungary, and the United States. The aim of Type Unite is to connect the cultural uniqueness of various countries in the world through typographic poster work. The poster work displayed is an experimental typographic composition that represents a theme. Seeing this positive development,  Visual Communication Design Department, Pelita Harapan University make a collaboration with Type Unite to hold an exhibition in 2019. The importance of the participation of students and lecturers in the exhibition to be held aims to improve the quality of design learning because each work goes through a professional curation process.
