Job Description

  • Maintain existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential project
  • Update the catalogue and sample for the sales tools
  • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential orders
  • Get & submit orders by referring to price lists and product catalogue
  • Keep management informed by submitting: activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and weekly report
  • Monitor market competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, competitor’s information, etc.
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
  • Make & provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitoring the orders from the beginning to the end/finish

 

Requirements

  • Male / Female , age of 20 to 27 years old
  • Tenacius, hard-working and honest
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
  • Work experience: min. 2 years
  • Have presentation skills & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in team
  • Responsible for carrying out a series of sales & marketing activities
  • Able to speak & write in English (preferred)
