Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and improve the set of systems to ensure the effectiveness of operational services with dorm administration, meal system, and general affairs.
  • Manage and communicate standards and expectations accordingly.
  • Monitor operational work progress to achieve work goals and good performance.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems) from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), and other online tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    – Strong work ethic and personal initiative, quick to self-learn and improve
    – Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, problem-solving skills
    – Excellent administration and organization skills, detail-oriented
    – Adequate communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
    – Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of data and information
  • Experience:
    – Managing data and information within an organization
    – At least 2 years of full-time administration work experience
