Job Descriptions:

• Analyze and define curriculum and pedagogy development needs and its initiatives that reflect UPH Vision and Mission, Goals, and Graduate Profile in coordination with VP1 and Faculty Leaders.
• Managing “Kurikulum Operasional” and Pedagogy and delivering effective development programs to enhance the curriculum competencies of UPH Faculty Leader and Members.
• Coordinating curriculum needs and quality standard by doing coordination with government and industry to fulfill the requirements.

Requirements :

• Has at least a Master’s Degree in Theology or Christian Education from Reputable University
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
• Understands Biblical Worldview and Faith-Learning Integration; Able to integrate Biblical Worldview into teaching and learning process.
• An advantage if candidate has NIDN and maintains JJA (Government Academic Credential Rank). Preferably has JJA (Asisten Ahli or Lektor).
• Has passion in teaching, learning and faith integration.
• Solid conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Excellent in teaching and facilitation skill.
• Proficient in oral and written English, TOEFL score > 500.
