Job Description:

• Greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment, escorts them to the dining room and provide them with the menu
• Beverage Up selling (in which we do sale in the outlet)
• Ensure the guests are comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders or wait times
• Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Monitor estimating wait times for guests and the guest waiting list
• Ensure the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
• Responsible for answering the telephone, take reservations and take-out orders
• Offer appropriate seating arrangements, example: moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
• Guest Feedback
• Maintaining guest relation for the new or membership guest

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, age max 35 years
• Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
• Cheerful, hard working and honest
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Food & Beverage field
• Required to working weekend & public holiday
• Fast-moving
• Willing to learn and growth
• Fresh graduateed are welcome
• Willing work in Karawaci (Tangerang) & Bandengan (Jakarta Barat)
