Job Description

• Supervise team on daily basis in product design and development activities
• Work with the team to prepare product design specification and integration documents
• Ensure the product results are in accordance with the design plan
• Provide direction and guidance to product design teams to meet timely deliveries
• Provide design solutions to meet cost-effectiveness and on-time deliveries
• Validate product designs, identify constraints and provide corrective actions
• Implement process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity
• Interact with Marketing to clearly understand product requirements and vision
• Identify resource requirements and perform workload assignments to meet product design goals
• Develop best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development processes
• Recommend new technologies and tools to optimize product design processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot product issues
• Build positive and safe working environment for product design teams

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Product Design from reputable university with min GPA 3,00
• Fresh Graduated are considered
• Max 30 years old
• Experience in Design Product a plus
• Required Skill(s) : AUTOCAD 2D, 3D MAX and Microsoft Office
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Have professional integrity, good personality and ability to work independently
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta
• Willing be placed at Head Office (Slipi, West Jakarta)
