The succesful candidate are obliged to ensure academic support services meet the faculty or department objectives. S/he is responsible to manage the office files & documents properly to meet accreditation audit standard and manage the communication flow and coordination to related parties (student, lecturer, HR, finance, facility, IT, etc.) by which s/he can improve the academic support service to enhance quality of delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Founded in 1994 by Pelita Harapan Education Foundation (YPPH), Universitas Pelita Harapan is committed in the field of education. This commitment is reflected in professional management, high-quality faculty and curriculum, as well as scholarships for outstanding students and those in need for financial assistance.

 

Requirements :

  •  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Archival Studies (Ilmu Kearsipan) or any field from a reputable university
  • Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
  • Preferably have relevant experiences 1-2 years in General Administration Area (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Have a pleasant personality, problem solver, detail oriented, team player, analytical and strategic skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in written and oral English
