Design Roundtable is a public lecture series held by the Visual Communication Design Department of Universitas Pelita Harapan (VCD UPH). The event that invites design academic and practitioners discusses their perspectives on design. On the seventh series, VCD UPH invites Giovanni Rustanto, an alumnus of the department that has been nominated on several film festivals in Europe for his films, “Maria” and “Red Ribbon'”
In this discussion, Giovanni will explain his creative process of making his films. He will discuss how to look for ideas and execute the ideas as a good film. Gio will dive in detail on each process of film making in the eyes of a visual communication designer.
Design Roundtable 7 will be held on Tuesday, 28th of May at 1:00 PM at the Painting Studio of Universitas Pelita Harapan’s School of Design.
