Academic Administration

The University of Pelita Harapan’s (UPH) education process which is implementing the Semester Credit System (SKS) requires a neat, orderly, efficient and centralized academic administration. Academic Administration Bureau (ADAK) as a supporting unit of UPH in the implementation of the academic administration coordinates all activity that is related to educational process of the students from the first enrolment until they graduate.

Referring to the task mentioned above, ADAK provides:

  • Finance
  • New Students Registration and Administration Services
  • Existing Students Registration Services
  • Lecture and Examination Administration Services
  • Grade and Diploma Administration Services

ADAK supervised by Vice Rector of Academic Affair (VR1) conducts its activities by cooperating with the faculties and departments and also with the other supporting units.
