lusia Lusia Permata Sari Hartanti, S.T., M.Eng. - Head of Industrial Engineering Study Program

Lusia Permata Sari Hartanti earned her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University in 2002. Thereafter, in 2009, she was awarded an academic scholarship from the Ministry of National Education. This enabled her to take the Master's Degree in Engineering - a Joint Program of the Gadjah Mada University and Institut Teknologi Bandung. After completing the Joint Program, she joined UPH Surabaya in July 2011 as a lecturer. Her research interests include product design engineering, design and development management of engineering products, and systems engineering, among others.

Dian Trihastuti, S.T., M.Eng. - Lecturer

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Surabaya (2004). In 2007 she received her Master degree in Engineering (Integrated Logistic Management) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia. Her research interests include supply chain management, risk analysis and serve quality management. She is currently pursuing her PhD studies in Industrial Engineering at the University of Missouri in the U.S.

Lasman Parulian Purba, S.T., M.Eng. - Lecturer 
Lasman Parulian Purba joined UPH Surabaya as a lecturer of Industrial Engineering Department. Prior to that, he worked in other fields and gained many experiences in industrial robotics & controls as well as energy environment. He received his Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Faculty, Prince of Songkla University , Thailand in 2009. His research interests include industrial automation (IoT), renewable energy technologies, computational fluid dynamics, and intelligent control systems.

Abiegael Palinggi, ST, MCE - Lecturer

Abiegael Palinggi obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management at the Universitas WR Supratman, Surabaya. She has served the Regional Office of the Ministry of Industry at the South Sulawesi Provincial Office and at the East Java Provincial Office, respectively. She was involved in a UNIDO Project as Counterpart Staff, became Head of the Standards Section of the Office of Small Industry Sector, designated as Project Manager of Small and Medium Industries Development, and appointed as Trainer-Lecturer at the Industrial Training Institute of East Java. She has also obtained a Master of Christian Education degree from the Asian Theological Seminary in the Philippines, and has served as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts at UPH Surabaya.


Erwin Kristianto Julistiono, S.Kom., MAC (HRM) - Lecturer

He earned his bachelor degree of Information Technology from Petra Christian University and his master degree of Applied Commerce majoring in Human Resources Management from Melbourne University, Australia.  He joined UPH Surabaya in 2010, and hold a full time position as the Human Resource Manager ever since. He specialized in Human Resource Management field, especially in Remuneration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, and other related skills.
