Job Description:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to manage and to ensure the smooth running of daily operational
• Supervise service crew to deliver consistent exception service and good quality food standard to customer
• To ensure that team members are adhering to personal grooming and hygiene standards
• To train, coach and support the restaurant team members whenever needed and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, age max 40 years
• Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
• Able to work under pressure, team work
• Computer literate
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Food & Beverage field
• Required to working weekend and public holiday
• Diploma / S1 holder (supervisor)
• Willing work in Karawaci (Tangerang) & Bandengan (Jakarta Barat)
