Faculty of Law - Master of Law

The UPH Master of Law concentrates on the area of Business Law. Its graduates are expected to be experts in law and to practice their expertise in the domestic as well the international arena. In addition, UPH graduates are encouraged to pursue their education at the doctoral level.

UPH is continually striving to respond to global economic and educational challenges through innovative curricula, commited educators, overseas visiting professors and experts in industry, as well as through strategic partnerships with prestigious local and overseas universities and industries. Goal of The Program

  • To become one of the centers of excellence in law education in Indonesia, particularly in the field of Business Law
  • The Master of Law program is directed toward producing graduates with the following characteristics
    1. Ability to increase professional services through reasearch and development in the legal field, particularly Business Law.
    2. Ability to participate in the development of legal knowledge.
    3. ability to develop professional performance on a broader spectrum by relating to scientific fields, especially legal science.
    4. Ability to formulate approaches to problem solving by scientific logic.
    5. Ability to continue scientific developments within the framework of anticipating a doctoral program in Law.
